The mountains are what got me excited about photography to begin with. It all started carrying a point and shoot film camera while leading trips for high school and college students in the early 90s. I eventually graduated to an SLR film camera, and the rest is history. I continue to spemd a great deal of time hiking, backpacking and backcountry skiing in the mountains and hopefully will for a long time to come.
